How to build an Agent

For Product Managers building agents, here is the easiest model you can use.

An agent needs three things: Goals, Tools, and Output.

• Goals: What is the agent trying to achieve for whom?
• Tools: What can it actually do, and with which tools can it use to do it?
• Output: What is the tangible result of the goals and the actions?

That’s it. Everything else will find it's place if you can articulate these three.
